Kripalu Style Yoga
Colleen is a 200 hour Kripalu certified yoga instructor specializing in stretch, strengthening and supporting the body and spirit.
During session, she will focus on the principles and practices of Kripalu Yoga’s 21 foundational asanas and guide the client through nonjudgmental self-awareness and self-compassionate techniques. The classes are well rounded, including warm-ups, asanas, pranayama, relaxation, and meditation techniques.
Each session will be created dependent on client needs.
These will all be on a basic/beginner level.
